How to read the plans

The Free plan comes with 250 credits a month and Basic mode, so you can measure consumption on your own work.

  • Credits

    Each person has their own monthly balance, spent according to the effort each piece of work takes. A Superagent reply uses a small part of it, and a complete Resolver study, which researches, calculates and reviews, uses much more. The app shows how much each feature consumes.

  • Efforts

    With any mode available in your plan, you can choose a Fast, Balanced or Deep effort level. Effort sets how much Plannk thinks and checks before answering. In the Resolver, Ultra takes on problems with many steps.

  • Modes

    Basic, Advanced and Expert modes determine which model serves the Superagent, Office plugins and Chrome extension. Your plan includes modes up to the stated level, and your organization may grant a higher one. Choose among the available modes when opening a conversation. Higher effort and a stronger model use more credits.

Billing, credits, and terms

Credits follow usage

Each user receives the monthly limit configured for the account. The balance renews on the cycle shown in the product, and usage is tracked by user and organization.

Billing period

The semiannual period costs 10% less per month, is charged once every six months, and can be switched to monthly on your next cycle.

Refunds within 7 days

You can request a refund within 7 days of subscribing. The amount returned is proportional to the period still remaining.

Currency and commercial terms

All prices shown are in US Dollar (USD). Commercial terms may vary by agreement or region.

Features and limits depend on the contracted plan and your account settings.

Every plan is available to a person or to a company. You choose whether to create an organization when you subscribe, and the price stays the same either way.

Frequently asked questions

Are credits held in one organization-wide account?

No. Each user has an individual monthly balance configured by the organization and shared between that person’s manual use and automations. Unless expressly stated, unused credits do not roll over or transfer to another account.

What happens if credits run out in the middle of a cycle?

Credit-consuming capabilities may be blocked or limited until renewal, additional credits, or a plan change, where available. Automations without sufficient credits are paused.

Do I have to choose between an individual plan and a company plan?

There are no two lists of plans. The plan is the same in either case, and at checkout you say whether you subscribe in your own name or create an organization to bring people, shared context, and access administration together.

Can I switch between monthly and semiannual?

Yes. A change of period applies from the following cycle, and the cycle already under way continues under the terms already paid for.

When does a plan or license change take effect?

It depends on the agreement. A change may apply in the current or following cycle; minimum commitments, services, and custom proposals may follow their own terms.

Can I start with the ready-to-use platform and add customization later?

Yes. The plan gives you access to the ready-to-use platform. Process mapping, integrations, the pilot, and ongoing support can be contracted later under a separate proposal.

Can I get my money back after subscribing?

Yes. Request a refund within 7 days of subscribing and you receive back the part of the amount that matches the period still remaining.

When the process calls for its own document templates, flows or integrations, Plannk's team runs the implementation with yours, without AI training sessions, under a proposal separate from your plan.
