Your tools start working with what the project already knows.

In the browser, Office and your connected accounts, Plannk brings in the studies, files and decisions. What comes out of each tool returns to the same project and guides the next step.

The tender’s deadline becomes a sheet, a report, a slide and an email.

Plannk reads the tender in the browser and carries the same numbers into Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Nobody retypes a deadline, the project’s study guides each step and you review before sending.

Each application has its role

Chrome
Reads and works in the tabs you gather in the Plannk group, including pages behind your login.
Excel
Updates values and formulas and builds tables, pivot tables and charts.
Word
Writes and revises passages, tables, captions, footnotes and cross-references.
PowerPoint
Creates and edits slides, text, tables and charts in the open presentation.
Outlook
Prepares drafts, replies and attachments in the open item. The email only leaves when you send it.

Available operations depend on the application, the Microsoft 365 or Chrome version, the plan and the configuration. Each step starts with your request.

The project gathers what arrives from every source.

Notion pages, recorded meetings, emails, WhatsApp messages, Office files and what the browser reads become context for a single project. When a routine runs, the highlights reach your WhatsApp or inbox on their own.

How account connections work

  1. Each person connects their own account

The connection applies across every organization you belong to. No other member uses your connection, and someone leaving never drops anyone else’s access.

  2. Access follows the authorization you grant

Permissions are set in the provider and the connection configuration. Plannk works with the pages, databases or calendars that authorization allows it to access.

  3. You direct the changes

Ask for what should be created or updated and check the result. Available actions follow the granted permissions and the limits of each integration.

  4. You can revoke the connection

Disconnecting revokes that authorization. Conversation history and material already saved in Plannk are managed separately; revocation does not automatically delete them.

Where the credentials live

Access credentials are encrypted on Plannk’s server and never reach the browser, the model, or any usage record.

Frequently asked questions

Do the Office plugins and the Chrome extension access everything?

No. They work with the open item or page, the tabs in the Plannk group, connected Office files and the Plannk material you can consult. Opening one email does not expose the entire inbox. You can ask for a proposal without changing the file; when you request an edit, supported operations may be applied directly.

Does my whole team need to connect?

No. Each person connects when they need to and works with whatever their own account reaches. There is no shared connection, and nobody inherits someone else’s access by joining the organization.

Does Plannk see everything in my account?

The scope depends on the permissions granted in the provider and the configured connection. Review which pages, databases and calendars are authorized before using the integration.

Is the content Plannk reads stored?

Consulted content may become part of the work context and history. Material saved in Plannk must be managed where it was stored; disconnecting an account is not the same as deleting that history.

Does the connection work in my other organizations?

Yes. The connection follows you rather than the active organization, so switching organizations in Plannk never asks for a new authorization.

Do email and WhatsApp feed into the work too?

They do, from the Basic plan up. Emails and WhatsApp messages that reach Plannk serve as references for the Superagent, the Resolver and Office, within each channel’s permissions, and routines can send their results through those channels.

The material already in your accounts comes into the project.

Connections live in Profile and Settings, under the Connections tab. You choose what to share and revoke whenever you want.
